ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (metro cities) / 6–10 business days (non-metro areas).
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at an additional cost).
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or high-demand seasons.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 will incur a nominal shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Express shipping charges vary based on location and will be displayed before you complete your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for the resolution process. We recommend checking the package upon delivery and reporting any issues within 2 days.
