Refunds & Replacement

At ClutchNGear, we are dedicated to delivering a smooth and satisfying shopping experience whenever you purchase car accessories from our website. We take utmost care in selecting, packing, and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. To assure you of a worry-free purchase, we offer a clear and secure return and refund process in case you are not fully satisfied with your order.


ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

1. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us a clear photo of the product you received along with your order number. Once the discrepancy is verified, we will arrange a hassle-free pickup and send you the correct product at no extra cost.

Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, used, or altered in any way.


2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery

All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your product arrives damaged, we regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly email us with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.

  • An unboxing video as proof of damage.

  • Your order number.

Once verified, we will immediately dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.


3. Incomplete Order

If you have ordered multiple items and haven’t received them all, your order may have been shipped in separate packages. If any item is missing from the final delivery, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and ship the missing item(s) promptly—usually on the same day.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Timely Reporting: Please report any issues within 2 days of receiving your order to ensure quick resolution. Replacements are usually delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain products (such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, or car mats that have been installed or used) are not eligible for return unless they are incorrect or damaged.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Products: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for Missing Items: If a replacement is not feasible for a missing product, we will issue a refund equivalent to the value of the missing item(s).
